The ten town house design incorporates a respectful response to the environmentally sensitive site. The dwellings were designed with the intention to significantly reduce the impact onto the natural ground and maintain the natural flow of the site. The inclusion of almost 2000 new plants and the retention of significant trees will allow the new dwellings to be delicately absorbed into its natural form. The upper floor living areas with the balconies will be eye level with many trees, creating a unique nature filled experience.
